How to book the Double Room

  2. We confirm

    We check availability and reply with the price for your dates. Nothing is final until we confirm.

  3. Arrive from 14:00

    Check in any time between 14:00 and midnight. Free parking is on site for your car or driver.

  4. Pay at the property

    Settle up when you stay, by cash, Visa or Mastercard. No damage deposit is needed.

Double Room: your questions

How big is the Double Room?

The Double Room is about 13 m², with a double bed, wardrobe, work desk and an en suite bathroom. It sleeps two adults comfortably and is air-conditioned, so it stays cool after a hot day walking around the ruins.

Is breakfast included with the Double Room?

No. Breakfast is not included and we do not run a restaurant, but guests can use the shared kitchen and dining area. There are places to eat a short tuk-tuk ride away, and we are happy to point you to them.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 14:00 until midnight, and check-out is between 06:00 and 11:00. If you are arriving late or leaving very early for Mihintale or Sigiriya, message us on WhatsApp beforehand and we will make sure someone is ready for you.

Is there parking at DELMOND Lake?

Yes. Free private parking is available on site and you do not need to reserve it. There is also space to park bicycles. If you are travelling with a driver, let us know when you book so we can plan the parking for your arrival.

How do I pay for my stay?

You pay at the property. We accept cash, Visa and Mastercard. There is no damage deposit. If you book through an online travel site, that site’s own payment and cancellation terms apply to your booking, so check your confirmation.
