What is the Triple Room like?
The Triple Room sleeps three without anyone sharing a sofa. It is air-conditioned, has its own bathroom and opens onto the garden path, so it suits friends travelling together or a couple with an older child.

We check availability and reply with the price for your dates. Nothing is final until we confirm.
Arrive from 14:00
Check in any time between 14:00 and midnight. Free parking is on site for your car or driver.
Pay at the property
Settle up when you stay, by cash, Visa or Mastercard. No damage deposit is needed.
Triple Room: your questions
How many people can stay in the Triple Room?
The Triple Room sleeps three guests in proper beds. It is about 15 m², air-conditioned and has a private bathroom. If you are a larger group, book a Family Room or combine rooms and we will put you close to each other.
Can children stay in the Triple Room?
Yes. Children of all ages are welcome at DELMOND Lake. The person checking in must be 18 or over. Tell us the children’s ages when you book so we can have the room set up the way you need it.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 14:00 until midnight, and check-out is between 06:00 and 11:00. If you are arriving late or leaving very early for Mihintale or Sigiriya, message us on WhatsApp beforehand and we will make sure someone is ready for you.
Is there parking at DELMOND Lake?
Yes. Free private parking is available on site and you do not need to reserve it. There is also space to park bicycles. If you are travelling with a driver, let us know when you book so we can plan the parking for your arrival.
How do I pay for my stay?
You pay at the property. We accept cash, Visa and Mastercard. There is no damage deposit. If you book through an online travel site, that site’s own payment and cancellation terms apply to your booking, so check your confirmation.
